Neetu's laughter echoed through the room, warm and easy, as she brushed a stray lock of hair behind her ear. There was a glint in her eyes, playful and knowing, as she exchanged banter with Sirisha.
The room felt charged, charged with something subtle and unspoken. Ravi, leaning back into the bed with a relaxed posture, couldn’t help but smile more easily than he had in days, his earlier unease forgotten, or at least pushed aside for the moment.
Sirisha shifted closer, her gaze darting between Neetu and Ravi, her voice light, teasing.
“Bhayya, you’re not going to leave before the Rasmalai, right? You know that’s the highlight of the day.”
Ravi raised an eyebrow, feigning seriousness. “I already had both Ras and Malai from both of you. What could be better than that? The best dessert anyone could ever ask for.”
He bent down and sucked Sirisha’s nipple.
Neetu chuckled, setting her comb down and turning toward Ravi. “You know, I never thought you’d be so easy to talk to. But here we are.”
Ravi shrugged, a sheepish smile on his lips. “Guess I’m full of surprises.” His tone was playful, but there was an ease in his chest, a lightness that hadn’t been there before, a feeling that settled like a warm blanket.
The conversation continued effortlessly, flowing from one topic to another. Ravi found himself drawn deeper into the rhythm of the day, the playful teasing with Sirisha, the lighthearted banter with Neetu.
It wasn’t just casual; it was something more. A connection had formed, unspoken but undeniable. There was a bond between him, Neetu, and Sirisha, one that felt closer than anything in this world.
The lines between friendship and something more had blurred long ago, and now, it seemed, they had crossed them completely. Nothing could come between them.
Sirisha leaned against Ravi, her naked body pressed against his and her head resting lightly on his shoulder. Her hand brushed against his, a touch so gentle yet charged, enough to make his heart race despite the stillness of the moment.
Ravi could feel the warmth of her skin, the softness of her touch, and it stirred something deep inside him, though he fought to keep his focus.
