Some mistakes might happened so may need edit. 
Gabbar singh was already killed in encounter so commissioner can only prove that allegation on Avni and team was wrong not Gabbar was wrong. 
Loose ends remained opened. 
1. Himmat singh is mot killed yet which is must required for keep safe of Avni's secret. 
2. Gaurav still have nude photographs with him . Some from Himmat Singh and Avni naked, and another one very critical, fully naked Avni in her cabin and pleasing herself on his office chair. 


Whole hostel fuck was not necessary and did not show any requirement.
