Interesting Observations RCF. 

One thing that should be clear and it applies to all the good stories is whether is it possible for some one to cheat her husband if they truly love them, In my opinion no, its not possible. If Sonarika truly loves Hemanth, why would she not express her hunger about rough sex to Hemanth ever? What was stopping her in doing so? Well lets just say its the story plot armor otherwise we wouldn't get to see the affair and obv sex scenes which are the UP for this site, then if we agree on that point then do not blame Hemanth for building a life for his family and not being a man for his wife. Its her prerogative to stray and Hemanth has nothing to do with it. 

Like I said once its a mistake, twice is a choice, thrice its a sheer negligence and lack of will power despite her condition. Dilawar is just a reason, She falling again for Meghana's words seems like a weak plot but we will take it since like you said it is needed for separation. True arc for Sonarika should be carve her own path and alone, she cannot be alone and with out meeting Hemanth because of Karan but she should separate from Vikram as well, only then she will truly evolve and be a person who can take Meghana. Also the ending for her should be with a third person and not with either. Her character truly doesn't deserve either Hemanth nor Vikram.
