“Watch this, kid,” Ishaan said, his voice dripping with malice. “Your mom’s not the saint she pretends to be.” Madhuri’s muffled protest, “Nngh-noh!”, was drowned out as he scrolled through the chats.

Abhi shook his head, his shock rehearsed. “Bullshit! That’s not my mom. She’d never do that. She loves my dad, she’d never cheat!”

Ishaan’s chuckle was low and mocking. He scrolled to an audio clip and hit play. "You're missing out my heat, handsome... come get it", Madhuri’s voice filled the room, sultry and pleading, begging the stalker to respond. Her face burned with humiliation, the sound a mirror to her hidden desires. Abhi’s jaw tightened, but he doubled down. “That’s not her. I know it.”
