The next and the final day of the trip was supposed to be amusement park. Everybody geared up for the fun. They started at around 8 AM. As usual Nithi took the seat beside Sukanya. Ragini crossed them to find an empty seat and took a seat beside Priya. She had a guilty look on her face, but Sukanya did not care. The ride was a calm one. They reached the Amusement park by 9:30 AM. Prof. Srini procured the tickets for everyone and instructed them about the meeting points and time for lunch and exit so that they can enjoy whatever rides they want and gather at a common point.
Prof. Srini: Come on boys and girls. Have a nice time.
Everyone rushed in with joy. As Sukanya was about to go past him, he advised her.
Prof. Srini: Hey Sukanya. Stay with the group. Don’t stray too far.
Sukanya smiled in response and nodded in affirmative. They all walked in, looking around for their favorite rides. Nithi stayed with Sukanya. She kept looking at her, holding a smile. Sukanya observed that.
Sukanya: What are you so amused about? I see you are holding something.
Nithi: Nothing dear. Just that everyone cares so much about you.
Sukanya: What do you mean?
Nithi: Prof. Srini cares so much about you.
Sukanya: He cares about everyone.
Nithi: He didn’t advise everyone.
Sukanya: I don’t know. Maybe he does.
Nithi: Maybe he has an eye on you.




Sukanya: You stupid. You don’t know what to talk and what not?
She chased Nithi in mock anger and they ran around. 
They then reconciled and stared walking together, looking for suitable rides. Sukanya spotted Ragini and Shiva together. Shiva seems to be seriously asking something to Ragini and she was presumably refusing. Sukanya didn’t knew that they were this close. She ignored them and kept walking. She wondered how She was not associated with Praveen when she knew that he would try his best to be with her. Maybe the circumstances and her new friendship had been partly responsible. She then noticed Praveen who was kind of sad and disappointed, walking alone without any interest. She felt sad for him.
Nithi: Is he cute?
Sukanya: Who?
Nithi: The one you were looking at.
Sukanya: Idiot. I was just looking why he is sad when he’s supposed to be enjoying.
Nithi: Maybe he’s missing a company.
Sukanya: Why don’t you give him company?
Nithi: Probably I’m not the company he seeks.
She said and gave a naughty wink. Sukanya again chased her in mock anger. 



She got hold of her.
Sukanya: You should keep your mouth shut. You don’t have control.
They went looking for rides. They started with the giant wheel. They sat together and the wheel spun. It was a huge wheel and when they rose to the top, they could see the whole surrounding. When the wheel descended, they held their hands and screamed in joy. Next, they went to the wonder splash where the train will slide down from a steep point and splash into the water. They took the front seat. They waited for the train to fill.
Sukanya: I think you must be cursing me for hanging on to you.
Nithi: What non-sense? Why would I feel that way?
Sukanya: You would have tagged with Vijay and had fun. I’m being a hindrance, right?
She thought of pulling her legs, but Nithi quickly responded.
Nithi: I think you’re more worried that you’re not able to tag with Praveen.
She giggled in a taunting way. Sukanya knocked her with her elbow in a playful way.
Sukanya: That’s ridiculous. How did you come up with that theory?
Nithi: He played your Romeo in that college play right?
Sukanya: What? Are you crazy? (She laughed)
Nithi: Alright. You say I preferred Vijay to be with me. Let’s take a hypothetical situation. Whom do you prefer to tag with?
Sukanya: You, of course.
Nithi: Not me. Some male.
Sukanya: (Without a second thought) My husband.
She said, but in a whisper.
Nithi: Ok. Correction. Some male from our batch.
Sukanya: No one.
Nithi: This is just a game. Just a name right.
Sukanya: Alright. If you want a name, Vijay. (She giggled)
Nithi: Are you serious?
Sukanya: Hey, no. Just messing with you.
Nithi: Not at all. I don’t mind. I’ve got no strings attached with him.
Sukanya: Good.
Nithi: Now, tell me. Vijay?
Sukanya: Hell, no.
Nithi: Then…
Sukanya: Alright. If you want a name, go for Praveen.
Nithi: Oh! Romeo?
Sukanya: Oh! Stop it.
The boys were so eager to share the rides with the girls. Many of them had their eyes on Sukanya. Next Nithi suggested to go for pirate ship. It’s a boat which swings to and fro. The last row is always the favourite seats as they give maximum thrills. As they went, there was Praveen along with Prof. Srini.
Prof. Srini: Hey girls. Having fun?
Nithi: Yes sir. Having so much fun. Never enjoyed so much before.
As they were talking the previous ride came to an end. As the ship became empty, there was a rush which was ready to occupy. Sukanya got into the last seat. Praveen who was nearby quickly occupied the seat beside her.
Prof. Srini: You are right. But we need to quickly pick a seat or we’ll have to wait for the next round.
He quickly found a seat two rows before them which means they will be facing away from them. Prof. Srini got hold of a seat and invited Nithi to take that seat. Nithi walked towards that seat, but looked at Sukanya and subtly gave a naughty smile and a thumbs up. Sukanya gave a mock angry stare. She smiled and sat beside Prof. Srini. They expected it to be less fun, but as the ship rose high and descended, their adrenaline pumped like anything and heard screams of thrill everywhere. Praveen knew he couldn’t get a better chance. He also missed her for so long as he was not able to get intimate with her, even on chat. He intertwined his hand with her hand as she screamed in joy. He also screamed with her. Prof. Srini: Alright guys. Let’s assemble for lunch in 30 minutes. Tell it to others as well.
They nodded and walked away aimlessly. Praveen also walked in another direction, but never far away from them to let them off his sight. Nithi was giving audible smiles with sounds like clearing her throat.
Sukanya: What?
Nithi: Nothing.
Sukanya: If you have anything, speak up.
Nithi: I’m speechless. (she winked)
Sukanya: Then don’t speak. (mock anger)
Nithi: Looks like you had a nice ride. I saw you both were holding hands.
Sukanya was glad that she did not notice Praveen poking his hands at her boob and rubbing it. (Yes, she knew it, but acted ignorant)
Sukanya: I would have done the same if you were with me. It was the thrill moment and harmless.
Nithi: Yes, for you. But did you think about the poor boy? What harm it would have caused to his innocent mind. (She joked)
Sukanya: (Mind voice) Innocent?
Sukanya: Forget about us. Talk to me about your ride.
Nithi: What?
Sukanya: I saw that Prof. Srini seemed to have a good time.
Nithi: Stop it di. He held on to me as he was just scared as his bp might have raised.
Sukanya: (Mind voice) I believe something else would have raised.
Nithi: He’s a poor old man.
Sukanya: (Mind voice) Poor old man? You should have seen him in the falls. He’s a monster who can make Vijay look like a dwarf. Probably he can make you scream more than you did during the ride.
Nithi: What are you thinking?
Sukanya: Nothing
