Viking45 garu!!! I reread last 4 episodes. My guess is as below based on your updates. I could be wrong...
1. Cargo door not closing. May be he tied Razak's body to the Parachute via static line hanging to the c-130...F16s could have shot that hanging Body.
2. Though he said he would use HAHO, Surya might have opted for HALO. If he does HAHO, he would reach Pakistan and he would be spotted by F16s and would be killed.
3.With HALO, he would not go far into the other territory..Actually he set his time to 24 min..when pilots told him T-26...15~20 seconds to cut call and set the timer..So,he could have taken the HALO jump 1.50min early...F16s could not have spotted him.With HALO he may not have traveled farther..he would be nearer to the border either side...
