Adultery The Depravity of Sima

CHAPTER 7:

Over the coming week many changes took place.

It was almost the end of September; the festive season was starting. And what comes with each and every festive season is OFFERS and Discounts on products.

So, on a Sunday morning, Sima along with Moti found themselves coming out of a two-wheeler showroom, Sima beaming with happiness and riding her brand-new scooter.

Though buying a scooter may not seem like a remarkable thing, but it meant much more to Sima. It meant that she was more self-dependent now. She could go wherever she wanted and whenever she wanted. It also meant that she could now commute to work without Ravi who has still not returned.

Sima knew that Ravi would be disappointed since she would be from now on commuting all by herself.

“You worry too much madamji. You are already too lenient with that lucky bastard. “, replied Moti, when she expressed her concerns to him.

Moti had a point; there was no point worrying. What needed to be done, has been done.

Sima reached home in a very happy mood. She just knew that life was going to be much more exciting from now on.  She clicked some selfies of herself along with her new scooter and posted it on Instagram.

Her Instagram was not well maintained and hardly had any content. Sima was currently following some 7 people and she had around 12 followers, who were mostly her college friends and a few distant relatives.

This was natural as she never felt any interest in keeping a social life and stayed away from social media mostly.  Since childhood she was focused on studies and a quiet lifestyle. A nerdy girl in her college days who did not attract any attention, neither felt any attraction to others.

Her personality and her body, truly started blossoming after she left her college.

Sima stood In front of the mirror and looked at herself. Her hips were wider now and she could definitely notice that her boobs have enlarged and grown bigger.  She was getting a more feminine shape day by day. And somehow, she liked the attention she was getting.

*TINGGGG*

Sima turned around and saw there was a notification on her phone from Instagram. Since she kept her account private, there was no question of a new follower.

Curious she picked up her phone to check.  ‘Who would react to her post within 2 mins, when she hardly had any followers and most of them were also not active anyway. ‘She thought to herself.

Yes, someone has liked her picture and also commented on it, “looking superb didi. “
Sima smiled as she read it. She recognized him.  It was her little cousin brother Niloy or as she called him from childhood – ‘ Nilu ‘  .He looked almost the same she remembered him. She had seen him long time back, almost three years ago.

Nilu was the one and only son of her aunt (sister of her mother) , and he was around 6 years younger than Sima.  Nilu was Sima’s one of the favorite cousins as he was also, quiet and nerdy. They spent a lot of time together in their childhood days.

Nilu was fat and chubby while Sima was thin like a ply board. She remembered how Nilu’s face would light up when she shared her sweets and chocolates with him. Then also Nilu was a big foodie and was round and chubby, almost like a beach ball.

Now also Sima noticed that he was chubby, the only difference was his pictures showed him wearing a thick spec. He looked nerdy also. Though he looked nerdy Nilu was never a very bright kid. He studied a lot , but somehow everything seemed to leak out from his head.
Sima’s aunt used to scold him a lot in childhood due to his poor marks and lack of knowledge. She used to tell Nilu to follow Sima’s example and become a good student like her.

The last update Sima got from her mother was Nilu scored okayish on his 12 boards and would be joining a B.com course in some college in Kolkata.

Sima replied, ‘thank you Nilu ‘ to his comment. Nilu’s Instagram profile was almost same to hers. Around 15 followers and around 400 following!

Sima paused a little and clicked on his ‘ following ‘ tab and immediately her eyes became wide. There ware some normal accounts but mostly there were accounts of girls and influencers who were wearing a very less clothes and showing a lot of skin.

Sima realised that it was natural for someone in their late teens to be attracted to such kind of content but she never thought the quiet and shy Nilu to become so interested in these …… as she browsed through, she understood what her little cousin brother liked.

Sima felt the same excitement building inside her.  But she was confused, why did she felt so restless if her cousin brother was looking at women flaunting their assets on social media? Why was she feeling excited knowing that her little cousin brother was behaving like any guy should?

Sima noticed that there was also a message from Nilu. It read, ‘Only 30 days remaining Didi. Hope you can come during Durga puja. ‘

‘That’s right’ ,  thought Sima. Durga Puja was coming. Though she was not really excited about it since she never really enjoyed going out in all the hustle and bustle during that time. But the prospect of going home was also interesting for her.
Sima started replying

Sima: Let’s see, if I can manage to get leaves.
Nilu: Try na didi . We will get to meet after so long.
Sima: I never really liked all the noise and crowd. You know how much I like my peace.
Nilu: Are didi , stay at home but come. Ma will cook good food for us every day.
Sima: Your Ma already cooks good food for you every day. Also, you will be going out with                            your new college friends.
Nilu: Haha!  As if I can make friends so easily. I mostly stay home, but if you come, we can go out and eat some good place.

Sima knew how hard it was for Nilu to make friends. She faced the same issue in her college days also.  Being a quiet introvert person made her the least popular in college.

Nilu: Didi, check out my latest post. I added you in my Close Friends list so only you can see it.

Sima checked and found a picture of Nilu holding a beer bottle, with a caption, “ First drink “.
She smiled and replied

Sima: Nice! Did you like it?
Nilu: Yes, don’t tell anyone, especially not Ma. I am trusting you.
Sima: Relax kiddo. I won’t tell anyone, just don’t get drunk. And what is this Close friend list?
Nilu: Hey! I am not kiddo anymore. This was the beer my friends gave after my 18th birthday. Btw,               people in close friends list can only see certain posts which others cannot see. Like my beer                post.    Since I added you know you can see :D

Sima understood and added Nilu also into her close friends list.

Nilu: Didi, there is no post.
Sima: I know, maybe I will post after I find something worth posting.

Though Sima typed it , her mind was already racing. Her feeling of excitement already surging.  Something she will post that only Nilu can see.  It wont definitely be about holding a beer bottle.
