why less registered members in this section?

I love the story readers count suggestion for every story, It will show how many people are actually reading the story. 

Second please add a rating option for every story, this is available in the Hindi section but not available in the English section. 

I too see many guest readers on my stories but rarely see a like/reply but I guess this is the way things go on here.
