after giving some thought , I came to a conclusion , tell me if I am wrong. By saying "ghar hi toot jayega" ammu wants to clear that she will be with arjun no matter what. That's how there will be distance between ammu and zaheer. If zaheer stand against arjun.
zaheer maust be more sensible with his sister , after ammu crying , before saying this ghar line . and few days back , when ammu zaheer and shanu was sitting in cateen , and when arjun came to canteen , only ammu was trying to go to arjun . this things must ring some bell in zaheers mind , that there is something going on between ammu and arjun .
he must talk to her . find out what is going on with her life . this man zaheer want to change the city , he think about the city so much . but dont even know what is going on in his home. what his loved one going through. i just can say one line for zaheer " tere se na hO payega beta"
