People will comment whatever they feel like, both positive and negative...

As an author you have every right to post your story they way you have perceived it and written it. Don't care about readers who don't understand it and unnecessarily post useless comments. Just go with what you have in mind. 

Always remember that you cannot please everyone, there will always be many sorry faces on the way...especially of people who don't understand your story the right way. 

So Ignore and carry on with what you have in mind and have written already...
