The Unexpected Visitor


The doorbell rang sharply, breaking the silence in the room.

Ravi and Neetu froze instantly,

Their bodies still pressed close together

And a wave of panic rushed through them both.

Neetu’s eyes widened as reality hit them

This wasn’t supposed to happen right now.

Neetu quickly pulled away from Ravi, her heart racing.

She glanced at him for a second,

Both of them still catching their breath.

They were just about to cross the line, and now,

A visitor was at the door.

“Who could that be?”

Neetu muttered under her breath, her voice tinged with urgency.

Before Ravi could respond,

Neetu grabbed the nearest Kurti and chunni from the wardrobe,

Quickly pulling it over her head to cover herself,

Her hands fumbling in her rush.

Ravi scrambled to put his pants and shirt back on,

The fabric of his shirt clinging to him as he quickly buttoned it up,

His heart still thundering from the intensity of the moment.
