Chapter 15: Ravi & Kumar (Act 6)
Lina’s heart raced as Ravi’s hands hovered dangerously close to her chest, the curve of her breasts pressing against the tight fabric of her black dress. She shoved his hands away, her voice firm despite the tremor in it. “That’s enough, Ravi.”
He backed off immediately, raising his hands in mock surrender. “Alright, alright,” he said, his voice slurring slightly from the alcohol. “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have been so… forthcoming. Blame it on the drinks.”
She nodded, though his apology felt hollow. She could still feel his gaze lingering on her, like he was waiting for her to cave. “I need to use the toilet,” she said quickly, stepping back and smoothing her dress down.
“Sure, sure,” Ravi said, gesturing toward the restrooms. “But the regular ones have a long queue. Let me show you another way.”
Lina hesitated, glancing toward the crowded dance floor. The thought of weaving through the throng of people made her stomach churn. She nodded reluctantly, following Ravi as he led her through a dimly lit corridor.
A burly bouncer stood guard at a door marked VIP. Ravi handed him a wad of cash, murmuring something Lina couldn’t quite catch. The bouncer stepped aside, and Ravi nudged her forward. “After you,” he said with a smirk.
The VIP restroom was spacious, with two separate stalls for men and women. Lina hurried into the women’s side, locking the door behind her. She leaned against the sink, trying to steady her breathing. Her reflection stared back at her cheeks flushed, lips parted, eyes wide with a mix of fear and something else she couldn’t quite name.
She splashed cold water on her face, willing herself to calm down. “Just finish up and get out,” she told herself. But as she adjusted her dress and ran her fingers through her hair, the door creaked open.
Lina froze. Ravi stood in the doorway, his sharp features softened by a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Lina,” he said, stepping inside. “I just wanted to talk.”
She backed up until her hips hit the edge of the sink. “Ravi, what are you doing here? This is the women’s restroom.” He shrugged, closing the door behind him. “I know. But I needed to see you alone.” His voice was calm, almost too calm. Lina’s pulse quickened. “I don’t think this is appropriate...”
“Please,” he interrupted, holding up a hand. “Just hear me out.”
She hesitated, then nodded. She’d known Ravi for years, and despite everything, she couldn’t shake the sympathy she felt for him. He looked… lost.
“My wife,” he began, his voice cracking slightly, “she doesn’t respect me anymore. We barely talk, let alone… you know.”
Lina’s stomach twisted. She knew where this was going.
“And I can’t stop thinking about that camping trip,” he continued, stepping closer. “About you.”
Her breath hitched. “Ravi, that was a mistake.”
“Was it?” His gaze was intense now, piercing through her defenses. “Because it didn’t feel like a mistake when your lips were wrapped around my cock."
Lina flushed, her cheeks burning hot. “I told you, I regret it.”
“Do you?” He took another step, closing the distance between them. “Or do you just regret getting caught?”
She opened her mouth to protest, but no words came out. Deep down, she knew he had a point. That night had been… thrilling. Dangerous. And part of her had loved it.
Ravi reached out, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “I just want to feel desired again,” he murmured. “Is that too much to ask?”
Lina’s resolve wavered. She could see the pain in his eyes, the loneliness. And despite everything, she felt a pang of guilt.
“Ravi,” she said softly, “I can’t.”
“Why not?” His voice was almost pleading now. “No one has to know. Not even Rahim.”
She shook her head, but her body betrayed her again, a shiver running down her spine as he stepped even closer. His hand trailed down her arm, sending sparks of heat through her skin.
“You’re lying to yourself,” he whispered, his lips brushing against her ear. “You want this as much as I do.”
Lina closed her eyes, torn between reason and desire. Her mind screamed at her to leave, but her body felt heavy, rooted to the spot. She could feel his breath on her neck, smell the faint scent of his cologne mixed with sweat.
“Ravi,” she breathed, her voice barely above a whisper. “We can’t…”
“Why not?” he pressed, his hands moving to her waist, pulling her closer until their bodies were flush against each other. His arousal pressed against her thigh, undeniable and insistent.
She could feel herself losing control, the heat pooling between her legs making it hard to think. “Because… because it’s wrong,” she stammered, though her protest sounded weak even to her own ears.
“Wrong?” He chuckled darkly, his lips trailing down her neck. “Then why does it feel so right?”
Lina’s breath caught as his hands slid under her dress, cupping her ass and lifting her onto the sink. Her legs instinctively wrapped around his waist, and she could feel the hard length of him pressing against her center through the thin fabric of her panties.
“Ravi…” she gasped, her hands gripping his shoulders for balance as he ground against her.
“Tell me you don’t want this,” he demanded, his voice rough with need. But she couldn’t. Because deep down, she did want it. The forbidden thrill of it all was intoxicating, and she could feel herself giving in despite every rational thought screaming at her to stop.
“I… I can’t,” she whispered, though her body was already arching into his touch.
“Yes, you can,” he murmured, his lips capturing hers in a searing kiss that left her breathless.
And just like that, the last of her resistance crumbled
