“You’ve made this night unforgettable,”
He whispered.
She smiled, leaning her head against his.
“I wanted you to remember,” she murmured. “And I wanted to remember too.”
They lay down again...
Whispers...
Riding...
Sometime he was on top of her ...
And later she was on top of him...
And another time side by side...
Her head nestled against his shoulder, one arm dbangd across his chest.
His hand held hers under the soft pillow.
Their legs tangled...
They didn't know how many times they met that night.
They don't have to count...
The scent of jasmine now absorbed into the fabric of everything.
Silence wrapped around them like another blanket.
There were no more words. Their bodies had said enough. Their hearts, even more.
And when sleep finally came, slow, reluctant, wrapped in warmth
It wasn’t the end of the night.
It was only the beginning of something deeper.
