I actually do , I get it she does seems hypocritical. And that is part of her arc , because both Vikram and Hemant also signify two different aspects of her life as well.

Also , she doesn't like having sex with Hemant because he is fit , she likes him more because he is succeeding , he is letting go the boring aspect of his life to be better. And Sonarika is appreciating that , in a way , Hemant is bringing the spark that they need but it just seems it might be too late for now.

What happened in general term is that Sonarika and Hemant's marriage was getting stale because of his faltering health , but then Vikram entered and captivated Sonarika from the get go , it was basically a romance in the sense , and she felt complete and free but she actually mistook lust for love. Because when it comes to Vikram and Sonarika , sex was too much involved between them. Yes they did some fun things , but here is the thing , the reality is that Sonarika only seeked sex from him because that is the only thing she believed she lacked in her life. But being with Vikram too much , their bond growing , she realized there is more than sex between them that was forming. And there is truth to that because Vikram is not some alpha or a bull , yes he behaved like one , but he behaved like that only to claim Sonarika because he has genuine feelings for her. 

Which is why there is a part of her that is reciprocating this feelings but her sanity is also warning the consequences , her mind is split between the two men in her life and she is confused where the genuine feelings lie. I mean I get it , she should confess , but that will end the story right then and there considering the kind of character Hemant is. The revelations will indeed happen , it is going to happen regardless. The next phase of the story is in the horizon and that is Hemant's backstory , but before we dwelve into that , a revelation must happen and Hemant must embrace his past and present. He has partially accepted it since the last chapter climax , but for the full transformation to complete , a major event needs to happen and we are building to that.

As for the sex scenes , no worries for that because there will be a whole lot more coming very soon. After all , I've already told you I am not going to treat Hemant as a wimp in the story , there is a bunch of ladies gunning for his attention , maybe in the future , someone or ALL of them might get lucky LOL!
