The Entwined Arc: Heart-Opening Recline (Indoor Only)
The room was still, but something inside it had changed.
The air felt denser.
The silence between them, heavier.
As if everything spoken and unspoken had soaked into the cushions, the mat, the dim glow spilling in through the high windowpanes.
Meghana stood now, her eyes never leaving his.
She extended a hand toward him.
“Come,” she said. “One last pose. This one… we couldn’t do outside.”
Abhi rose slowly.
His legs were steady, but his heartbeat wasn’t.
Not anymore.
She guided him toward the corner of the living room, where a soft yoga bolster lay angled near a wall.
The curtains were half drawn, throwing long golden slats across the floor.
The rest of the apartment was quiet, far away.
She knelt first.
He followed.
“We’re going to open the chest and heart,” she said. “But with support. Complete surrender.”
He hesitated, breath shaky. “How?”
She smiled gently. “Lie back into me.”
He didn’t move.
