Abhi Swallowed.
Her back was strong and toned, yet soft in the places that made him ache.
Her hair brushed his shoulder as she adjusted her footing.
“Now,” she said, “we bend. Together. Slowly.”
They began to lower, synchronizing the motion.
Their spines pressed tighter with the effort.
Her hips eased down beside his, thighs parallel to the floor.
But Abhi, less practiced, lost balance halfway.
His foot slipped slightly.
The sudden shift of weight sent him backward—into her.
“Oof!” Meghana gasped, laughing as she caught him with surprising strength. “Easy there.”
Their bodies collided—not harshly, but close enough that his head tilted back against her shoulder, his chest half-turned toward hers. He felt her breath against his ear. Her hand reached around, steadying him with a palm splayed across his lower abdomen.
“Hmm,” she teased, voice velvet now. “Falling for me already?”
He laughed, nervous, trying to straighten—but she didn’t let go.
“No rush,” she whispered. “Try again.”
They reset, slower this time. Again their backs aligned, again they began to sink.
This time, he held on—but it was shaky.
He could feel her muscles working, holding, adjusting.
“Bend your knees more,” she said, then added, “I’ve got you.”
But he lost it again.
