Abb looking forward to Supriya feelng guilt and some intimacy between her n Iqbal, but at same time she feel guilty that she is cheatng on her love for Vikram too.
Keep Vikram occupied in his dark side for a while (or) let Isha spill it and create some mayhem by telling on him to his mother (as a sort of revenge when she comes to know thro Jai that Vikram spent 3 days wtih Supriya in Mumbai under the pretext of business meetings).That way, take Vikram slowly out of the story as Supriya learns about Vikram's philandering ways through rumours in her office or Page 3 news n friend circle.
Give a guest appearance if possible for that shaadi waale tharki uncle, the one with whom Supriya agreed to sleep bcoz of  Bride's mother's push.Or even that Bride,dont remember her name, a coincidental encounter with her somewhere.
I actually felt you could have made something like that happen on this recent Mumbai trip.

Also, you introduced some sort of chemistry between Atul n Disha, curious to find out what it is and what Atul wanted to tell to Supriya but then stopped himself from telling.
