Wow, that's a really lovely story!
I completely and thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I'm already on the edge of my seat wondering how the plot will evolve and where you're planning to take the characters.
The scene with the ants – I'm sure they must have caused Anjali some real discomfort and maybe even some nasty bites! But what I'm really curious about is Mohan. Given the tone you've set, what kind of damage is he going to inflict on her? Is it going to be emotional, physical, or something else entirely?
