The state championship started and Prem’s mother attended them. As expected he triumphed and the celebration was huge. The college has arranged for his felicitation and the celebration continued. Prerana and Shyamala arranged for a special way to remember that. The moments were fantastic.
His coach has expressed his inability to train him further, but Prem assured him that his coaching was all good. It is a earning opportunity for both of them and he is sure of reaching to greater heights in his coaching. His coach agreed, but decided to give Prem more freedom. His college professors also decided to give him some lee way to facilitate coaching and practise. Prem utilised this opportunity to spend time with Prerana and Shyamala. While Prerana was concerned that he was missing training, Prem was confident of Devi’s boon, assured her.
In the college, monitoring his attendance was assigned to new lecturer Amala and he befriended her. One day she asked him to take her to her house as it became late in the evening and Prem obliged. Instead of getting dropped at her home, she asked him to leave her a street early. He waited till Amala was out of sight and found a group of men staring at him. Prem understood that these thugs are pestering her and she wanted some backup. He left the place as he saw no need for confrontation. The next day Prem asked Amala about it and she confirmed that those thugs are hassling her.
Prem asked her what was his role in that, in the way of what she intends to project him to be, her student, or someone close. Amala just smiled naughtily at him and went back. Prem continued to drop her each day and observed she moving closer to him each day. He understood that Amala is attracted to himself but want to go slow. He was okay with that. He was getting all the needed action from his two women. Also Shyamala is inhibiting their regular meetings. They used to meet atleast twice a week and now she is not even comfortable for twice a month. He got the gist that she wants to get away slowly. He didn’t know the reason, but trusted Shyamala in that.

Also, in his third year now, carrying the burden of state championship, he could not get that much time as he needed with Prerana and Shyamala. So he turned to Amala. But Amala is just enjoying the little things and is in no hurry to finalize their bond. So he frequented dropping Amala near her home. One day he asked her why not travel on her own vehicle. Most of the girls are driving scooty these days. Amala replied she didn’t know how to drive and he decided to teach her.
He brought a scooty from a junior during ragging and asked Amala to come to ground near their college. They enjoyed each others presence more than the teaching, with him touching and holding her and breathing lightly to her hair and ears. That day went on smoothly with nice romantic evening coffee. With so little action, Prem decided to focus on his boxing and once again start the chant. This time with a lot more care and discipline. He will chant five thousand a day and not more. With that he would reach the goal of one million in around six to seven months.

He passed the semester in second class and enrolled for the nationals. Knowing he is a boxing champion, few students, especially girls have come to get acquainted with him. But they all looked too needy to catch his eye. Not mentioning REC is a highly sought after for studious students and most of them don’t take their physique and health much later in their college life. Second years and further may be good for him, but the students expect love and long term commitment, which he is not ready to give yet.
