Simple as that when a writer writes a paperback book and it's published, it's his/her years of thinking, writing and hardwork he/she has put into the book, while writing he/she does not think about the readers reviews, there are good/positive and bad/negative readers, after the book has been sold out, out of which there are people who take autographs on the book from the writer. You do your thing of going ahead with the story and plot what you have in mind don't bother and take unnecessary tension in your mind.......
Just write it down and post there will be positive and negative comments,
I like how the story/plot is progressing..... She's going to start cheating with one then two then three..... She want to be satisfied and will want to feel that satisfaction, but at the same time she does not want to be a slut... She is a home maker and she wants that image to be by her side her whole life......

Don't take negative comments seriously..... Let the negative comments posters write what they want.... Let them move on if they don't like the story... You just keep writing what you have in mind and what you have written.....
