Update-2

Vijay pull the hand break and both come out from the car. She ran towards the man. Fortunately he wear his helmet. She helped his to sit on the road. He was moaned with pain. Vijay came near him and helped him to remove the helmet. That was a young man around 22 year old. See his innocent face with fear and pain both Vijay and Anjali felt pity for him.

"Are you okay?" Anjali asked, her voice filled with concern. The young man looked up at her. He was clutching his arm, his teeth gritted in pain.

"I... I don't know," he managed to murmur. His eyes darted around, taking in the scene. "My bike... it's ruined."

Anjali's heart sank. She had been so careful, always mindful of the road, especially when Vijay was with her. But accidents happen, and she knew it wasn't the bike that mattered. "Let's get you to the hospital," she said firmly. "We'll deal with everything else later."

Vijay nodded in agreement, his mind racing with thoughts of insurance and paperwork. He helped the young man to his feet, careful not to jostle his injured leg. Anjali opened the back door of their SUV, and they carefully maneuvered him into the back seat. The bike was a write-off, but the priority was the young man's health.

The drive to the hospital was tense, the only sounds the hum of the engine and the occasional whimper from their passenger. Anjali's mind was racing, replaying the moment of impact over and over again. Was there anything she could have done differently? Could she have seen him sooner?

They reached at the hospital she worked. And arranged everything for him. After inspection doctor said "He is ok, There are only minor bruises and cuts" Both Vijay and Anjali become relaxed after hearing doctor. They both were sitting in the waiting room, the adrenaline of the accident wearing off, leaving them feeling drained and shaky. Anjali leaned her head against Vijay's shoulder, her eyes closing for a brief moment. She felt his hand come up to stroke her hair, and she took comfort in his touch.

Later he shifted to the room. Anjali and Vijay went there. Seeing him relaxed face Anjali become happy. She sat on the bed near him. He was very lean and dark skin. From his outer look they understand that he is from a poor family.

"Are you ok now?" she asked.

"Yes bhabhi" he said with low voice.

"Dont worry about your bike and medical expenses, we will take care of it, I am working here as a doctor and he is my husband Vijay" Anjali assured him, her voice filled with empathy.

The young man's eyes widened in surprise and gratitude. "Thank you so much, bhabhi. I am Ram. I don't know how to repay this kindness."

Vijay nodded. "No need to worry about that now, Ram. Just focus on getting better."

"Thank you bhabhi" Ram said with a relieved smile. "What can I do for you?" Anjali asked him gently. Ram hesitated, his eyes flickering to Vijay before returning to hers. "Can you call my mother, I want to tell her that I have over shift, so I will not come home. I dont want to make her panic at this time. My phone display is broken, so..." he replied softly.

Anjali nodded and took her phone. She dialed the number he provided, when she dialled the number, a name displayed on the screen anf she shocked and looked at Vijay. Vijay also looked at the screen and surprised. She cut the call before his mother attend and asked him.

"Are you the son of Mini?" Anjali asked, her voice quivering with surprise.

Ram nodded, his eyes widening even further. "Yes, bhabhi. She is my mother."

Anjali and Vijay exchanged a look of disbelief. Their maid's son was here, injured in an accident they had caused. The weight of the situation grew heavier in the room, thickening the air with tension.

"Please don't tell her," Ram pleaded. "I don't want her to worry. She is already so stressed with my father's condition."

Mini's husband had been battling with a severe illness, and Anjali knew how much her maid was struggling to keep their lives afloat. The thought of adding more stress to her already burdened life was unbearable.

"We won't say anything," Vijay assured him, his voice firm and gentle. "You just focus on getting better, okay?"

Ram nodded, his relief palpable. "Thank you, bhayya," he murmured, his eyes filling with unshed tears.

Vijay, ever curious, asked, "So, Ram, what do you do for work?"

"I work as a chef in a local hotel in XXXXX city, 80km from my home, today I come back to my home for 2 days leave. that time your car hit me." Ram replied, his voice still tight with pain. "It's nothing fancy, but I enjoy cooking."

"That's great," Anjali said, her mind racing with thoughts. It was a stroke of luck that they had encountered Ram here, where she could ensure he received the best care. But the situation was delicate. She didn't want to burden him with the truth of their connection to Mini just yet. "How's the job treating you?"

Ram managed a smile. "It's good, bhabhi. I've learned a lot, and I hope to open my own restaurant one day." His eyes lit up with ambition, a stark contrast to the fear and pain that had been there moments before.

Vijay nodded thoughtfully, considering Ram's situation. "Ram, if you need anything, anything at all, don't hesitate to ask," he said, his voice earnest. "We're here to help."

"Thank you, bhayya," Ram replied, his voice cracking with emotion. "I'll be okay. I just need to get back to work as soon as possible."

"Don't worry about that now," Anjali interjected. "Your health is more important. We'll handle everything."

Ram's gaze fell to his bruised hands, and he nodded, his eyes shimmering with unshed tears. The silence in the room grew thick with unspoken words and the weight of their shared secret. Anjali took Vijay aside, whispering urgently, "We can't tell Mini about this. Not yet. She's already dealing with so much."

Vijay nodded solemnly, his eyes reflecting the gravity of the situation. "You're right," he agreed. "We'll figure out a way to tell her without causing more stress."

"Ram anyway you need to stay here 2 more days, so tell your mother that you will not come this week" Anjali suggested, her mind racing for a way to keep Mini from finding out.

Ram nodded gratefully. "Thank you, bhabhi. I will tell her that."

Vijay took charge of the situation, arranging for Ram's hospital stay and treatment without mentioning their connection to Anjali. They decided to keep the truth from Mini until Ram was fully recovered and the situation was less precarious. Anjali felt a mix of guilt and relief, knowing that their actions had spared Mini additional worry.

She give her number and told to the nurse that anything needed call her. Then they went back to their flat. Anjali was feeling guilty. She was feeling bad that she hurt Ram. Vijay tried to console her but she was in shock. They didn't have sex that night. They talked about Ram and his family. They decided to help Ram financially and mentally. Ram was taken arrangement the broken bike to a workshop.

The next day, Anjali visited Ram in the hospital during her lunch break. He was in good spirits, eager to get back on his feet. She sat by his bedside, holding his hand gently, and they talked about his dreams and aspirations. His passion for cooking was evident in every word he spoke, and Anjali felt a pang of admiration for the resilience of this young man.

"Ram," she began, her voice soft but firm. "You have a gift. And I know it's not easy, especially with what you're going through with your father."

Ram looked at her with a mix of hope and doubt. "But bhabhi, I don't have the money to open a restaurant. And without that..."

Anjali squeezed his hand. "Don't worry about that right now. Let's focus on getting you well and then we'll see what we can do to help you achieve your dreams."

Evening Vijay visited to hospital to see Ram. He was looking much better than last night. He was sitting on bed with a smile on his face.

"How are you feeling?" Vijay asked, his eyes scanning Ram's body for any signs of pain.

"Much better, bhayya. Thank you for everything," Ram replied, his smile widening.

Vijay nodded. "No problem, Ram. We're here to help." He paused for a moment, considering his next words carefully. "And about your dream of opening a restaurant, I might be able to help with that. I know someone who's looking to invest in a new venture."

Ram's eyes lit up. "Really, bhayya?"

Vijay smiled. "It's a long shot, but I'll talk to them. Who knows, maybe your dream could become a reality sooner than you think."

Anjali felt a spark of hope for Ram's future, and a weight lifted from her heart. Vijay's kindness and resourcefulness never ceased to amaze her. They spent a few more minutes talking to Ram before leaving, promising to check on him again the next day.

The drive home was filled with a newfound sense of purpose. Anjali's mind buzzed with ideas on how they could support Ram without revealing their connection to Mini. They brainstormed through the night, Vijay's business acumen and Anjali's empathetic nature a perfect combination to navigate the delicate situation.

Next day nurse informed to Anjali that, Ram's discharge is ready. She informed to Vijay. Vija come to hospital. "Vijay how can we send Ram in this condition? Mini can't know about this. She will be so worried" she said with tension in her voice.

"I have an idea if you are ok, can we take him to our flat? We can take care of him until he is fully recovered," Vijay suggested, his mind racing with possible scenarios.

Anjali nodded, the tension in her shoulders easing slightly. "Yes, that's a good idea. We can't just leave him like this."

They returned to Ram's room to find him dressed and ready to leave, his face etched with pain but his spirits high. "We've got a better plan," Anjali said, smiling gently. "You're coming home with us. We'll take care of you until you're back on your feet."

Ram looked at them in disbelief. "Bhabhi, bhayya, I can't ask for more. I don't know how to repay your kindness."

"Consider it a loan," Vijay said with a wink. "One day, when you're running that fancy restaurant, you can make us a special dish."

Ram chuckled, wincing slightly. "It's a deal," he said, his voice filled with excitement.

They helped Ram into the car, and the drive home was filled with more laughter than Anjali had heard in weeks. Once they arrived, they settled him into the guest room, making him as comfortable as possible. At night she called Mini and said her dont come for one week, They decided to go for a trip and dodnt worry about the salary also. Mini become happy and she can take care of her husband on these days.

Vijay arranged his dress for Ram, but those dress are very big for Ram. Next day morning before she left to hospital she arranged food for them. Afternoon time VIjay went to town and purchase some dress and undergarments for Ram. Ram become very happy about the care of Vijay and Anjali. Evening Anjali came back from her duty. She went to Ram's room. She found Ram is lying on bed with pain. She felt pity for him. She sit beside him and took his hand.

"How are you feeling now?" Anjali asked with genuine concern.

Ram's eyes met hers, and she saw a flicker of something unspoken. "Bhabhi, I'm okay," he said, his voice strained.

There was a moment of silence before Ram spoke up, his voice tentative. "Bhabhi, can I tell you something?"

Anjali nodded, her eyes never leaving his. "Of course, Ram. What is it?"

He took a deep breath. "I know you and bhayya are worried about how Mom will take the news, but I think you should tell her. She deserves to know I'm okay."

Anjali felt her heart clench. "But Ram, we don't want to add to her worries. She has enough on her plate with your father's condition."

Ram's expression grew serious. "I understand that, but lying won't make it any easier. And if she finds out later..." His voice trailed off, leaving the unspoken consequences hanging in the air.

"No, Ram. We'll not tell her about this." Saying this she took a gift box from her bag and given to him. That was an expensive latest android phone. "Replacement for your broken phone" she said with a smile. Vijay stood back to her and smiled at Ram. At night Anjali came to Ram's room, She was in her T shirt and shorts which cover half of her thighs. As following modern culture that was ok for Vijay and Anjali. But Ram see first time a beautiful women like this. His cock started to become hard. He quickly hide it under the blanket. Anjali didn't noticed that.

"How are you feeling now?" she asked him, her voice filled with care.

Ram felt a mix of pain and embarrassment, but he managed to murmur, "Better, bhabhi. Thank you for everything."

Anjali noticed the discomfort in his voice and sat beside him, placing a gentle hand on his forehead to check his temperature. Her touch was cool and soothing, and Ram felt a shiver run down his spine. He was acutely aware of her scent, a blend of hospital sanitizer and something sweet and feminine that was uniquely hers. It was intoxicating.

As she checked his pulse, their eyes met, and Ram felt a jolt of electricity run through him. For a moment, the room seemed to tilt, and he wondered if it was the medication playing tricks on him. Anjali's hand lingered on his wrist a beat longer than necessary, and he swallowed hard, his heart racing.

"Come Ram, lets have dinner" Anjali said as she got up from the bed, her hand lingering a second longer on his wrist than necessary. Ram nodded, trying to ignore the heat that was spreading through his body. Rams eyes stuck on her round ass when she walked out of that room.  He took a deep breath and adjusted his hardening cock again.

Dinner was a quiet affair, with Vijay recounting tales from his recent trip and Ram sharing stories from his job at the hotel. Anjali listened attentively. That time Vijays phone ring. "I need to take this," he said, excusing himself from the table.

While Vijay was in another room, Ram couldn't help but steal glances at Anjali, her beauty captivating him more than ever. He had always found her attractive, but now, in the intimate setting of their home, his attraction grew stronger. Vijay came back with sad face. "What happened Vijay?" She asked him.

"It's about my work. They want me to leave for another training tour. It's urgent, They will arrange ticket on tomorrow evening" he replied, his voice tight with disappointment.

"Which country Vijay?" Anjali asked, her eyes searching his for any signs of the emotional turmoil she knew he must be feeling.

Vijay sighed heavily. "Germany," he said. "It's a two-week trip."

Anjali's heart sank. Two weeks away from her husband and now with Ram in their home, she felt the weight of her responsibilities grow heavier. "When do you leave?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.

"Tomorrow evening," he said, his gaze meeting hers. "But don't worry, Anjali. I've arranged for a taxi to go to Airport. you can take care of Ram"

Anjali nodded, her mind racing. Two weeks with Ram in their flat, alone with him... She tried to push the thought aside, focusing on the present. "Okay, I'll manage," she said with a forced smile.

After dinner, Ram went to his room, Vijay joining Anjali in the kitchen to clean up. He know she is upset. "Don't worry about Ram, Anjali. I know it's not ideal, but he's in a vulnerable state. We can't just kick him out."

Anjali nodded, her mind still racing. "Ram is not the problem for me, But I miss you here" she said, her voice tinged with sadness.

Vijay wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her closer. "I know," he whispered into her ear. "But you're strong, and we'll get through this."

Anjali leaned into his embrace, drawing comfort from his warmth. "I know," she murmured, her eyes drifting shut. "It's just..."

"Shh," Vijay soothed, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Let's make the most of the time we have left."

The next few hours passed in a blur of packing and last-minute preparations. Anjali helped Vijay gather his things, her stomach knotting with every item that disappeared into his suitcase. They lay on the bed at 12:30am. They were tired and dont do any intimate activity.
