We both nodded our heads and headed back to the bar. All the 3 customers were sitting on Kamini’s side of the bar. The old man was drinking alone and 2 younger men in a heated conversation were together in a different table.

The old man on realizing I would be serving the tables on the other side quickly shifted to my side of the bar with his half empty bottle and glass. Seeing this Kamini became even more furious.

I approached the dirty old man, who was in his 60s probably, I said Namaste to him and asked him if he needs anything else. He said no and asked my name to which I replied.
