No break up always will be painful because of long time relationship but in reality if you love some one else it will only be temporary. Hemanth will suffer the most as he still loves only her but in case of Sona, she loves Vik but yet did not realize it. I do not think she loves Hemanth as being written here, if yes then no way any person would hurt their partner like that and have no feeling of guilty. She just thinks she loves Hemanth, she does not love him in reality.
