I work in IT.. i cant write daily.. i rarely enough time to write.. traveling every 2 weeks only makes it even more harder to write.

So my story is always lagging.. its every difficult to balance 

I understand what you are saying but your excuse is not good enough...
Even I run my own business and have a family too so I am not sitting idle either writing stories all day...
This is why you need to balance your priorities and deliver on your commitments. 
If you started this, then you need to see it thru by managing expectations...
