Fantastic story.
I really like the thrill you gave whenever there is sex most of the times. With giving every detail like smell, taste ,touch and how she looks like at every instance.and also change in opinion of other persons(not necessarily characters in story like salesman and manager) and what they think about Rani after sex scene makes it more taboo. I surely will like to see her  in such way. Also I have request if you don't mind, don't let this story go directly in extreme kinky rather give us her scene in different different scenarios with pappu. My suggestion like sleeping on terrace next to her son,and thinking her son is not watching.
One thing that I think can be improved is giving some sort of relationship between mother and son. And also husband and wife. You have to pretty job at it but I think you can improve by showing how they think of each other than sexualy , like she loves her husband or care for him but can't resist sex.which will make this story more engaging.
And last one is you don't need to make her whore before sex. You can change her after every sex. And getting more her addicted to him.
