I only expect one of these two scenario in Esha's life to eventually happen.

Either Esha when she learns the truth about how her relationship with Aniket was never genuine considering Aniket was pushed into her life by Priya will feel heartbroken and upset on this. And she will live a life of regret and guilt of ruining a wonderful marriage to live a new one. A punishment of eternity where she will forever be haunted for her mistakes thanks to the co-parenting plan and will never get Aditya as a part of her life in whole. 

Or something happens to Aniket , either he dies or cheats , which will eventually increase Esha's suffering. And despite the hatred for her choices , Kunal will end up helping Esha because at the end of the day she is Aditya's mother and he did love her. And Esha will realize how much of a kind soul and good hearted man Kunal is and will feel guilty of ruining his life. This will lead to them eventually patching up and maybe moving their base away from Mumbai to start fresh.

I kind of want the second one because honestly , I don't like the character of Aniket. He is generally a hypocrite in my eyes , he so non-chalantly ruined a marriage to get a woman he craves and most of the times his behavior is more sexually charged rather than romance. Hell even the idea of getting Esha pregnant was to fullfill his fantasy of drinking her breast milk. In many ways , Esha and Aniket's relationship is dominated by more sexual energy and interaction than that as a romantic couple. So in a way I dislike certain parts about Aniket's character , and most importantly I am curious on what his mindset is , not long back he wanted Kunal to be a cuckold and be a part of his relation with Esha. So all things considered , I am not overly fond of the character of Aniket , in my eyes he doesn't look genuine to me.

Totally Agree with You my Bro!! , Esha has literally insulted institute of marriage..most importantly it was their love marriage...just for her carnal desires
She has ruined whole  life of kind hearted soul  Kunal!! She truly deserves a severe punishment?
