Sparrows and Sparrowhawks – 6 (II)
Meena ‘s Narration:
Farzan asked about Mitra. Nadir said that she would probably come later or not at all because she had an
appointment planned elsewhere and the invitation was too late to cancel it. Farzan replied that he also decided to
organize the party late.
Meena was certainly the most beautiful woman in the hall. Her performance charmed many men, and she
got stares from every man, apart from Farzan. Even woman watched her beauty often.
They circulated with Farzan and were introduced to some of guests and made small talk.
What surprised Meena and Nadir at most, was Cyrus. It seemed as if he had just been released from
imprisonment, as Nadir said to Meena. Family, or rather father, prison, he spoke about Jalal’s control-
effect on his son, who seemed now to be free.
Cyrus was completely different than before. Much more open, talkative and conscious. He also looked very
good in his nice suit and loose long hair.
Sara told Meena and Nadir that in the last 2-3 months since Jalat left, Cyrus has completely changed. From
a mentally unstable child to a grown-up, self-confident young man. He has just started studying and lives in
the family house where Jalal lived.
Meena sat down on a couch and said that she would rather sit and drink her wine. Nadir went to the dining
table with a few others to get something to eat. They stood there and chatted. Every now and then Nadir
turned and looked at Meena, who was still sitting there alone, watching the people.
Meena had placed her left arm on the short backrest of the sofa while holding her glass with her left
hand. She didn't realize that in this position she was inadvertently emphasizing her cleavage. The dress
was not exactly low-cut by the top buttons of it were from car game with Nadir, open.
She hadn't realized that as she leaned forward to take her glass, there were more to see. Not everyone in
the room noticed that. But as she looked around, she saw Cyrus who was standing with an older Man
chatting in some meters distance, had his eyes fixed on her cleavage, while speaking. There was no eye
contact. Meena noticed the direction of his stare and looked down herself, and, startled, dropped her hands
and stood up straight. Cyrus moved his gaze up and he did make eye contact, but without any sign of
shame. At that moment Meena for first time thought about him as a man. An attractive young man, even a
sexy young man, that at the same time looked very intelligent. Meena said to herself: Smart and sexy! She
was somehow intrigued how a person can change, how the conditions cause a transformation in a human
being.
Cyrus was wearing a deep blue blazer over a white shirt with a fit jeans pants. He was almost as tall as his
father but physically in a better-looking condition, because of his youth.
Meena turned her head to look and see Nadir. But her husband was now nowhere in sight. She decided to
stand up and search him, she turned Back, she saw Cyrus making his way toward her.
Meena weighed her options. Stay there and engage in chatting with Cyrus and decided to say. As Cyrus
was there, Meena looked him in the eyes with a heart-stopping smile,” Hi young man, everything okay?”,
she asked.
Cyrus stood before her and answered, “Yes, thank you, I am so happy to see you again,”.
“Me too, Cyrus. How about your father, is he happy in New Jersey? We haven’t heard much from him at the
last time,”, Meena spoke and added, “Do you like to sit?”, and pointed to the sofa next to her.
Cyrus replied, "Yes, I'd love to," and sat down next to her on the couch and continued, "He's happy and so
am I!" and laughed, "He's fine and has finally come to terms with my decision,".
"Oh, I'm happy for both of you. I heard you're studying agriculture now?" Meena asked.
"Yes, and no, I'm studying, but not agriculture, but law, like my uncle," Cyrus replied. "We sold the land and
the animals, although the ranch house still belongs to us and I go there more often when I've had enough of
the city! You can come visit any time, but preferably on weekends when I am there. I now live in our
townhouse, it is too big for me but is a family heirloom and I love the house very much,",” Of course you can
visit me there, I will be happy to see such a beautiful woman in my house, I think you know our house
already,”.
Meena was speechless! The young boy was flirting with her. He knew everything. He suspected that she
was with his father in their townhouse, and he openly persuaded her to come to him.
Before Meena reacted or answered, Cyrus stood up and said, "I have to get something to drink, but before I
do that I have to admit something, you are by far the prettiest woman here. I noticed of course every man
admires your stunning beauty. Everybody is captivated by your looks and would have liked nothing better
than a chance to hit on you. I congratulate and envy Nadit, see you later!" and left her, amazed and
open-mouthed. Meena could only murmur at the last moment, "Thank you!"
Shortly after, Meena got up and walked around a bit, but Nadir was still nowhere to be seen.
When she looked out the window onto the terrace, she saw Cyrus again standing outside with Sara and
talking. She went out and asked Sara if she knew where Nadir was, Sara replied that she saw him earlier
while he was talking to a couple about, she thinks some medical topics.
Nadir’s Narration:
After about half an hour. Perhaps more, I was free from providing information to a couple who want to know
more about his upcoming heart valve surgery.
We were sitting outside the hall in a corridor and that's why I had to look for Meena when I came back.
I didn’t see Meena first, then I saw Farzan with some guests and asked him about Meena, her replied that
he saw her going direction the terrace. I spotted then her outside on the terrace, talking to Cyrus.
They were standing very close and that surprised me a little. I was also amazed at his changing when
we met him before, but now that he is standing and talking so close to my wife, it has left me even more
confused.
Cyrus has changed so much in a positive way, from a shy, rather disinterested, awkward, even clumsy
teenager to a good looking, confident young man. I guessed he is no more than 18-19 but he has grown up
so much in a short time, I thought.
It didn't seem like the talk was any kind of harmful, but that didn't stop my mind from wandering.
Perhaps I was a bit tipsy after a glass of beer, and getting slightly horny, but I decided to give them some
privacy and headed to the bathroom. It was a big house and had an upstairs bathroom. As I came back
staircase, I glanced at the Terrace. They were standing there still, and she was giggling. I couldn't help but
imagine her doing something inappropriate with him especially due to our conversation earlier and our car
action.
My heart began to pound, and my mouth became dry. I imagined Cyrus's hands running over her body, him
taking in her delicious forms. Groping her, licking her lips…
"No, no, no, no, stop thinking those sorts of things… He is nevertheless, still a teenager," I muttered. "You
don't want her fucking some teenager. Or anyone so young. It's just a silly fantasy, nothing more. Just
ignore it."
As I stood there, watching them chat, Cyrus leaned over and whispered something in her ear. Meena
looked shocked, and I couldn't tell whether it was a good or bad surprise. She laughed awkwardly and said
something in reply. He whispered again, and her face reddened, but this time, she didn't laugh. Her face
was serious.
'Damn it,' I thought, as my cock started to rise in my pants. 'What the shit are you doing, Nadir?' I asked
myself.
I tried to tear my gaze away from the scene. Meena looked up suddenly, as if she had sensed my stare.
She smiled at me, and Cyrus nodded, before turning away. The Terrace as a second door to another room
or corridor, where he went into. The terrace had Meena gave me a small wave, before heading out of sight.
'Damn, is this really happening?' I wondered. 'I'm going crazy. No way she'd do this. Mybe, she took our
conversation about meeting someone alone, seriously. Buit with Cyrus? The loser son of Jalal? She would
never do anything with him. Never. Not even for me.'
My heart was beating like crazy. My palms were sweating, and my body was trembling. I needed to talk to
her. ‘Just calm down, and get a grip,’ I said to myself.
I went back to upstairs bathroom; I took a few deep breaths. After splashing water on my face, I felt calmer.
Almost reasonable, even.
I repeated to myself, ‘We were just playing with ideas, it doesn't mean anything, not with this kid.’
Feeling somewhat calmer, I exited the bathroom and made my way down the stairs.
"Oh, Nadir, dear," a voice sounded from behind me. "Can you please help me with these plates?"
I turned and saw Sara there. She had a glass of beer in her hand which she gave it to me, and said,
“This is for you, I had too much alcohol… Are you looking for your wife? She was looking for you before,
you have to be careful, you can't leave her alone, it's dangerous! Otherwise, she'll get stolen straight away,"
and she winked and giggled.
"Thank you, I am careful!" I replied. But in the back of my mind, every second I was away a second
Meena could be seduced! Did I say I calmed and got more reasonable? I guess I didn't. I was just as
anxious as before.
Sara continued. "Your wife, Meena, such beautiful, and smart too…"
"Thanks, it’s nice to hear," I answered trying to not sound too awkward.
"Is everything okay?", she asked. "You seem a bit tense."
"Yeah, I'm fine," I answered, "I just got a bit nervous about something,".
"It's none of my business, but don't be afraid to speak to her, Nadir, whatever it is," said Sara, if she thought we
two, me and Meena, have disagreement or dispute.
"I love you both. I watch you sometime when we are together, you've been a wonderful couple for many
years, and you're still so young. There's many, many years left for you both. Don't be afraid to have fun."
"Thanks Sara, but we're doing fine, I hope you and Tahir come together, again, " I replied, giving her a
smile.
"Don't be scared," said the woman. "I don’t think so, unfortunately, me and Tahir are a finished story. He is
not a man for life for any woman. But you two, Meena is your wife, and you love her. Nothing can break
that."
I didn't know exactly what she was talking about, and I certainly didn't want to ask, so I said see you and
headed to the hall. I didn't see Meena anywhere. She was not there and not chatting to anybody.
I made a slow tour around the hall and through the corridors, and I couldn't see her anywhere. She
was gone.
'What is going on? Has she left? Did Cyrus go with her?'
My heart was racing, and my pulse was thumping in my head. I was about to freak out. Just when I thought
my anxiety felt like it was going to make me explode, Meena appeared out of nowhere.
She appeared slightly flustered, but nothing out of the ordinary other than that.
"Hey baby, what's the matter?" Meena asked, her face slightly flushed. Was it from the red wine, or something
else?
"Where did you go? I was looking for you," I said.
"I was inside talking to Cyrus out, at the terrace, in corridor I was talking with Mitra, over phone. She doesn’t
Going to join, she said it will be too late," Meena replied. "I didn't realize you were looking for me. Sorry."
"It's no problem. Are you okay?" I asked.
"Yes, I'm fine. Why do you keep asking me that? Do I look weird or something?" Meena laughed.
"I just saw you talk with Cyrus, I didn’t want to disturb, but then you both disappeared,”, “I saw he whispered
To you and then you blushed or something," I said, fumbling through.
"Oh, that," she smiled. "Don't worry. It's not important."
"What did he say?" I asked.
"Look, it's just something silly, baby…" she replied, looking slightly embarrassed.
"C'mon, it's not a problem Meena," I insisted. "I won't be mad."
"Okay, it was just something about how beautiful I am and how he liked my dress, and how hot I was. I didn't
expect it, and he was just some stupid boy, so I kind of got embarrassed. That's all. Nothing to worry about,"
Meena tried to calm me and smiled.
"Oh. Okay, I just wanted to make sure. I thought maybe you'd gone off with him or something."
"Why would I do that? He's a silly kid," said Meena. "I'm happy with my man.", and after a short pause she
continued,” Or did you think I am leaving with him because of our recent conversation, about meeting a man,
separately and more? Have you fantasized again, baby?”, and she giggled.
"No, no, Meena, he sist a teenager and I'm happy too to hear that where you were," I smiled. A small moment
lingered between us.
"Nadir, be honest… Did you... did you want me to go off with him? Is that something you were thinking about?
You don't have to feel guilty. I know we talked earlier about the whole thing," said Meena, being the
understanding wife she was.
"No. No, not at all. Well, a part of me thinks it would be fun, but I'm not serious. Just a silly thought," I replied.
"Oh, well, good. I would never go off with him. Or any other man for alone and without you... You're the only
one who can decide what we do… Not me alone, but we both…" she said, giving me a hug. "I'm going to use the
restroom, and I'll be right back."
"Use the one upstairs, the one downstairs is often crowded, upstairs you have more privacy," I said before heading out into the
small crowd around Farzan.
I was happy. Maybe my second beer was starting to have an effect, or the fact that her so understanding
of my predilection was making me a little excited. As Meena stepped away, I looked at her backside,
and I thought to me, she is perfect, I saw Cyrus standing near the door to Terrace.
