Esha's pregnancy is facing a big risk right now at this moment considering the amount of stress she is going through. Everyone knows pregnancy is the stage of life in a woman's life where her mental and physical self needs to cared with atmost importance. And in Esha's case that is already a big gamble. Considering the nature of her life and divorce she won't be probably getting any help from her parents and there is a good chance their future story will be part of a tragedy arc for Esha considering her father is portrayed to be a heart patient and there is good chance this news will send him to heaven for good. The only source of comfort Esha is going to get is from Priya and Aniket and probably Aniket's parents. But we have no idea who and what Aniket's parent's mindset and opinion will be regarding their son's affair and the pregnancy. Then that completely narrows it down to Priya who we have no idea whether it is worse or good for Esha. Because Priya is indeed seeking revenge and at the same time be Esha's 'Guardian Angel'. In many ways the amount of stress Esha will have to endure in this pregnancy period of the rest of the months and add the responsibility of fullfilling Aniket's fantasy of "drinking her breat milk"  , I mean taking care of her pregnancy while also being loyal and appreciative to her love Aniket to the point to leeting Aniket fuck her mouth for his pleasure , I mean ,  it definitely looks like the odds are against her.

Though I believe another factor that will play into the story is the change of mindset in Kunal. Because we all know , Kunal is right now angry at Esha for her betrayal and heartbreak. But when he finds out the truth that Esha was manipulated into this relationship. Obviously his revenge will switch from Esha to Priya because Priya is the one who actually ruined his life and broke his marriage. In my honest opinion , there should be shift in dynamic in Kunal's behavior after he learns the truth. Considering how the story is leading to Kunal about to find out the game played by Priya , I would say when he finds out the truth , he should not reveal or expose it to anyone. On the contrary , Kunal should make Priya taste her own medicine and play her game on her.

In short , Kunal would eventually become "The Facilitator". But instead of controlling Esha or Aniket's life , he will be controlling Priya's life by first earning her trust and start to act like a victim make her feel like he is suffering and worthless for her games anymore and eventually earn her goodwill. Priya upon feeling her remorse would start a friendship with Kunal trying to cheer his life up but Kunal has his ulterior motive of earning Priya's attention and becoming a close confidante. Then his mind game will begin with Priya and tell her how Aniket is better than him in every sense of the way and its no surprise Esha fell for him since he was everything she seeked. In a way Priya helped her get a new and wonderful life. This will trigger Priya's mindset and make her believe Kunal's words that Esha is indeed living a happy life with Aniket and that is not what she wanted to get her revenge on her. Thus , Priya will eventually fall in Kunal's words and go full on revenge mode on Esha and try to seduce Aniket and maybe start an affair with him. Aniket would eventually give in considering Esha is in a pregnant state and after few months she cannot do sexual favors to him so Aniket will end up having an affair with which can lead to some serious consequences in their lives. What happens next can be quiet intriguing and whatever it is , Kunal will just sit back and enjoy all their lives fall apart while he will happily raise his son getting his ultimate revenge.
