The only way I see it happening is when Esha finds out the real truth , she will realize her attraction towards Aniket wasn't organic or natural but rather manipulation and coercion. That could be a conventional way to bring Kunal and Esha eventually together. That Esha's attraction and romance to Aniket was partially manipulation and not at all geuine considering Aniket too seeked Priya's help to seduce Esha. Aniket's stance in this cannot be considered the actions of a good man but partially supporter of manipulation. But Kunal and Esha fell in love with each other organically , there was no Priya to push them to each other , Esha seeked Kunal and Kunal seeked Esha and they came together as an organic and loving couple. What happened between Esha and Aniket isn't LOVE. It is just attraction between bodies frustrated from lack of sexual satisfaction and drawn to each other. 

But then again , LOVE is a big fat joke in this story.

But judging by how much this story has developed with even the couple now almost in the brink of a divorce. I don't think a union between Kunal and Esha is ever happening unless there is unexpected character deaths. For now , I strongly believe there is no future for Kunal and Esha as a couple , both will suffer from their fates.

This story will definitely have a DARK ENDING!

Harry, my friend, your analysis is driven out of sympathy for Kunal and anger for Esha..keep those out and you will get clarity that Esha's affair is not just an affair and it clearly has lot of depth more than physical relationship.
She is totally invested into it with heart and though she misses her old Kunal from college and lot of those memories will definitely haunt her as the life imagined together is ruined now but her life with Aniket is not inorganic or unnatural.It would have been if Aniket is only seeking her physically but that was not the case so far so I believe she will be fine long term unless she loses the baby or Aniket in future, so your wishes to see her suffer and realize her mistakes might not be a big deal at the end, Yes when she understands Priya's manipulation she might regret her choices, which she also does now so nothing different.

As for Kunal, he will try to manipulate Priya now and needs to be beat her in her own game. That's main objective for him, while taking care of Aditya. He will lose custody and has to co parent Aditya with Esha so he will be forced to keep his anger in check and I can see eventually he will come to see her choices in a better way and probably makes peace with her cheating. This would happen soon when he realizes that Esha is just a pawn in Priya's game.

That's the happy path but there could be twists..
