What you suggested is an interesting scenario. But I am afraid I don't think that will be what will happen considering how much Esha is protective of this new life. Sure a natural miscarriage from trauma of the revelation could be an interesing dynamic but I don't think it will happen anytime soon. Plus the turmoil of Esha's mind plays the key here , last part showed her mind to be struggling from her actions , her duality is there. She is completely enamored and lost in her attention to Aniket that she still shows any compassion or remorse towards her betrayal to Kunal. She is for some reason justifying her actions and not seeing the flaws.

In my eyes , I believe the perfect approach will be to have Kunal investigate and find out the truth and then expose it to Esha. But after that Kunal completely deletes her from his life , completely disconnects from her life and is forced to give Aditya more time with her. That will be Esha's punishment , she will live the rest of her life haunted by her mistake and raise Aditya as a co-parent and continue living with Aniket and this new child because her parents would've already abandoned her , just kill off her father to solidify the magnitude of her consequences.

Then have Kunal live a happy life with someone else and raise kids from that relation/marriage. Then have the final epilogue be an old Kunal and old Esha meeting each other reminiscing the life they had after the choices Esha made. Have Aniket turn out to be a terrible parent and have the child be a miserable one (After all ,the child is concieved from an affair) , let Aditya become a successful man thanks to the good parts of Kunal and Esha in him. And then show Kunal actually had a wonderful life with another woman who unfortunately died of cancer few years ago but lived a happy life with him. Kunal would then forgive Esha for her actions and tell her that without her mistakes,  he would've never found this new woman who would spend such a fullfilling life with him. 

But somewhere deep in my mind , I kinda want a happy ending for Kunal and Esha , but I am afraid that would mean compromising one character over the other and thus resulting in one character getting somewhat ruined. I don't know , a small part of me want their happy ending but unfortunately for me right now , I don't see the possibility one bit.
