The way Meera ended things with Desai seems more like a tantrum, but may be more genuine than her suddenly developing lot of critical thinking abilities. and explaining all her actions till now. It may be more satisfying for some male readers to get logically sound reasons from Meera, but thats not the way world works

Given it was the last episode (really?), any doubts lingering about whether Desai is the father, or Krish, wouldn't matter, but any such efforts to ascertain would only be harmful for Krish/Meera. But it would be a painful/comical reminder if the kid grows up looking like Desai.
