I think you are mistaken here . Here Desai was talking about their affair without Krish's knowledge not about their encounter in alpine apartment . He did not know that Krish knew about their encounter which happened on concert night . ( if I am not wrong , correct me if i am wrong )

Correct, Desai is not aware that Krish knew about both the earlier encounters. He meant all three encounters or at least a vague confession. But Meera has to think about this last encounter only and her swift change in behaviour within few hours is really making me doubt her sincerity.

To be Honest I have serious doubt if She is working for Desai though she depicted as Harmless girl with sympathetic background .

At this point I dont trust no body. I suspect everyone could be playing a drama. Nidhi seems to be fancying her sex with Desai, though it is a bang. I dont even trust Krish, in the meaning that he may lose his resolve faster and will accept those cheaters.
The author has lot to explain.
