One day what happens, while I was watching her bathing, suddenly she looked at the ventilator from where I was watching. I was just nowhere. I just sit down as quickly as possible to hide myself from her eyes. For a few moments I silently waited there and I heard Aunty’s voice “Who is there”. I wait till I get the noise of the opening of the bathroom door and I leave the place as quick as possible. I was just praying to the god that, Anjali Aunty had not seen me but it was surely not.
Just one hour later she came to my house and started gossiping with my mom. I was in my room, still, I was praying and thinking about what would happen if she saw me do this. After more than half an hour of talking/ gossiping my mom went to Tares to rearrange the dress which was there to dry after washing. My mom told her to please relax here, she would come back quickly after finishing the job. Once my gone to tares, she come to my room. I was sitting at my reading desk and trying to read a book. I was in tremendous tension.
She just came near to me and directly asked “What you were doing there Arun”. I am unable to see in her eyes. I said, “Where Aunty”. She just smiled at me and said, “Outside of my bathroom”. I told her, “No, I was not there, I have been in my room for a long time, I am just reading the books. She said, “Don’t lie to me, I show you”.
I was silent at that time, my eye was on the book, and a lot of speculation in my mind about the outcome, if she told everything my mom. Then again she started and told me, “You are a very small run, you should not do such a thing. I thought you were a very innocent boy. but you are a very nasty boy.” She waits for a while. I am just praying, that my mother would not return quickly to listen to their conversation.
As I was not looking at her, he just came closer to me and held my chin to look at her. I showed her and relied on her facial impression that she was not too angry but not pleased with my behavior. She was surprised and asked “What are telling” I Just moved a little closer to her and said, ” Aunty like you very much, every day I think about you, if I can not see you for a long time then I feel very uncomfortable, please aunty don’t understand me wrong, I like you very much, aunty”.
