Priya suddenly moved away from the old man and wrapped the towel around her body and moved to the corner of the bathroom door. Luckily the bathroom door was in semi opened state and the old man was fully dressed. So, this will be supportive situation for both of them to justify any story that they are going to convey to Prakash.
When Prakash reached inside the room, he saw in the half opened bathroom door, that the old man was standing inside facing him. Prakash was confused that, why is the old man standing inside the bathroom, and where is Priya. He moved closer to the bathroom and saw Priya standing around the corner of the bathroom. On seeing his wife standing only in towel wrapped around her body in front of the old man, Prakash was shocked, confused, tempered and panicked.
Prakash: Priya, what is going on here?
The cleverly Priya has already built-up the story that suits the situation. Suddenly changed to a worried face, came out of the bathroom. Now, the old man was panicked that what is she going to tell her husband. Whether she is going to accuse him? But said:
Priya: Prakash, I was bathing and when I was done, I was about to turn OFF the bathroom light. I suddenly felt a shock from the light’s switch. I shouted. This man came for the help and he is inspecting now. I don’t know what to do I got scarred.
Old man was in stark shock state. What kind of woman is she? She tells her husband a fabricated lie in this very short time. She must be trained for this. No doubt, she is definitely a bitch! A fucking bitch!
Prakash was somewhat came back to the relaxed state once he heard from Priya that what has happened! However, he doesn’t feel comfortable that his wife is standing only on the towel wrapped around her body. His mind was processing all the possibilities and solutions to justify his wife’s position. What will she do in this situation? She got a shock and no one can think about their current situation. Also, the person who is coming to help will not think even! He justified himself and replied to her:
Prakash: Oh! Are you ok now? Did you got hurt?
Priya: Yeah! My hand is paining and my whole body is feeling like tired!
Prakash: Don’t worry, it will be ok!
Said that, he hugged her, and walked along with her near the bed. He took a bedsheet and wrapped around her, hiding her modesty from the old man and made her to sit on the bed. He took a water bottle from the side table and gave it to her to drink. She grabbed the water bottle from him and gulped couple of sips. This made her cool from her sudden shock, not the electric shock, but the shock that her husband gave by appearing suddenly inside the room.
Prakash walked towards the bathroom and asked the old man:
Old man: Sir! I have been using this bathroom for many years and I never felt a single shock! I think Madam has placed her wet hands on the switch. But now, no need to worry! I have covered the switch with the plastic cover, so it will protect from shock.
Prakash: Ok! That’s good! Sorry to trouble you.
Old man: No problem sir! Pleasure is mine!
While saying this word ‘Pleasure is mine’ the old man looked at Priya. At the same time Priya looked at the old man when she heard that word from him. Because, only they both know the actual meaning of those sentence in this current situation. They both glanced their eyes and exchanged a naughty smile between them. Then the old man left the room.
Prakash came closer to Priya and said:
Prakash: It’s ok Priya! I can understand your situation. Are you ok now?
Priya: Yes! Let me take some rest!
Prakash: Ok! I have brought dinner for us. Let’s eat and then take rest.
Priya raised from the bed and took her nightie that was already placed on the side table. She started wearing her nightie over the towel wrapped around her body. Once she wear her nightie completely, she removed the towel from her body and spread it on the hanger. She remembered that, there is still the hot water left in the bathroom bucket.
She actually doesn’t wanted to take head bath, but she still asked for more hot water is to seduce the old man more and more. So, she thought to inform Prakash that, there is still some hot water pending in the bucket, if he wants, he can take bath. Then she realized that, it would create an unnecessary suspicion on her. He would start questioning about the hot water! Who brought it? When was it brought? So, she left it as it is!
They both had dinner together. They had normal chat during their dinner. Once they finished the dinner, they both washed their hands. Priya sat on the bed and Prakash said:
Prakash: Dear! You take rest, you will feel better. I’ll just come back in sometime.
Priya: Where are you going?
Prakash: I’ll just take a small walk and few chit chat with the old man.
Priya: But you said, we will have fun tonight!
Prakash: Yeah! But you are not feeling well right? You got an electric shock!
Priya: No! Am ok. We can do it. I can manage. But the room door has no lock, so how is this possible?
Prakash: I’ll arrange something. I’ll ask the old man to secured this place from others.
Priya: What if the old man comes in.
Prakash: Don’t worry he will come only after 11:00 P.M to sleee…
Suddenly he realized that he spell out that old man will be sleeping here and then he realized his mistake.
Priya: What did you just said? Old man will come here to sleep?
Prakash understood that, he cannot hide this anymore. So, he has to tell her the truth!
Prakash: Yes Priya! The old will come here in the night to sleep. It’s his room, where he regularly sleeps here. He just lend his room with us for a night. I have actually asked him to adjust somewhere, but he said he cannot as he is an old man, and cannot tolerate this cold to stay outside, which also makes sense.
Priya: But Prakash, why didn’t you tell this to me? We would have check for some other room stays though it is far from here, or else we could cancel the trip.
Prakash: I didn’t hide it from you! Rather, I just managed it for a night! But don’t worry, you sleep on that corner, the old man will sleep in the other corner and I will sleep in between you and the old man.
Priya: I don’t know Prakash! I feel something is not right! Do whatever you want?
Prakash: Fine! So, I’ll just quickly check on the old man and tell him to come only after 11:00 P.M.
