When a woman has feelings for a man, is that not love.
Not necessarily, you can care for some one and it need not be love. That means when you lose that someone you will not feel like your world is ending. When you lose some one you love, It will be harder to fill that void. Meera explaining same thing to Krish that she can let go of that feeling for Desai if he can let go of his fantasies involving them. Krish bringing him back is giving her past memories with Desai.
Why should meera worry about the plane incident  in which susheel is travelling.
She felt bad when Shekar is dead in road accident for days, does that mean she is in love with him? Like I said she cares for someone with whom she slept for an extended period so there will be affection, consequences of those shared memories, you cannot have an affair then maintain no relation with a person. It’s not a one-night stand.
Why should she hide her suffering of past six months from her husband and confess to her susheel alone.
In her mind Jai forced her that night on the train. She knows for a fact that is she told Krish, he would be excited that happened based on previous experiences, so she hides those facts. The reason why she told Desai is because he was asking her why she refuses Krish to watch them, she has to explain her past and Krish’s nature hence she told him the truth. Though I agree she should have discussed this with Krish irrespective of his reactions. Krish finding it from Desai is not correct.
