The above quote from Meera confirms she loves both men when she says -"She loves Krish too" implying she loves Desai also.
Krish decided to leave Meera as he did not want to share her heart, he is correct, after what he heard at Alpine Heights he cannot go back to the same relationship, the memory of Desai and Meera's intimacy and love will always haunt his marriage.

She was talking about her love when she was talking about Desai's love for her. It doesn't imply she is loving both. Her quote is not about her love for Desai. "too" is to imply while Desai loves her, she loves krish.
