Great update as usual. Kunal does not deserve Esha. He literally lost her when he asked her sleep with Aniket in his house. Esha had lot of guilt till that time and feared of losing kunal. All love and guilt Esha had for him vanished at that point itself. She considered him as completely a person without any self esteem. Now impregnated by another man is highest level of humiliation/punishment she can give him to decide whether he still wants to be her husband or not. Anyways kunal is a shameless bastard as many mentioned here. Unless Esha decides to part ways with him, he will continue to call himself as her husband. Esha will not stay with kunal while the baby grows and she will prefer to be with the father of the child to enjoy the motherwood and give him the fatherwood feeling.
