Because their love wasn't exactly genuine. They both were manipulated and lured into each other by Priya. This is not genuine love , this is pure adultery because both of them were manipulated into sleeping with each other. Priya is the true villain of the story and it seems she even lied about her mother to both Esha and Kunal to gain their sympathy.

their love feels genuine for sure, to the point where they even left each other and then came back to each other...sure Priya facilitated it, but they are not kids, they knew what they were doing...Aniket doesn't seem likely to ditch Esha unless she aborts his baby and he gets angry about that...
