Well, even if she noticed the change in Krish, what was the hurry to attempt to have a child right then? Yes, she realised Krish has changed, and the games she has been playing with Desai might backfire. So her offer to have a child with Krish at this moment may not even a genuine offer, and more of a delaying tactics, or may be a bribe to dissuade Krish from his chosen path.

Because she is scared , she is scared on loosing Krish. This kind of brings out what the true feelings of Meera is , at the end of the day , Desai for her is a sexual release and an addiction just like cuckolding was for Krish. But now seeing the change in Krish , she is scared she will loose him because its clear Meera cannot live without Krish. Not after all of this , she went to Desai often because she believed Krish wouldn't mind and would rather enjoy it. Now that is not the case , Krish wants to change  , and Meera doesn't wanna loose him which is why she is becoming desperate to entice him and show him that she cannot live without him. 

This basically confirms Meera definitely loves Krish, and I believe she will show Krish how much she loves him on the anniversary night.
