Adultery Knowing My Wife, Knowing Me As Well - part III
(11 hours ago)RCF Wrote: I am glad you are seeing other side of the coin my friend. If you remember my comment on Meera and her fav sweet, it is exactly a physical escape and not love. She confirmed even in this chapter that she was thinking about Desai that morning and wanted to be treated in bed like him and it was purely sexual. Of course Krish misunderstood that but in her mind she never loved Desai and its true.

Dear RCF,

I'm only seeing the positive aspects of Meera and Desai because this is penultimate episode, and to hope for a happy ending, I must believe in the inherent good in everyone. Up to this point, all characters, including Krish, have spoken one way but acted another, with no one truly living up to their words.

If this had been an earlier episode, I wouldn't have trusted Meera's tears. I might have thought she returned to Alpine Heights to retrieve something, found it unlocked, and deduced Krish knew about her infidelity, hence the dramatic display. Now, however, I'm inclined to believe she does love Krish but has foolishly indulged in the sexual satisfaction and thrill Desai offers, which are just too enticing to resist.

Remember, even during the musical night when she was unfaithful, she didn't know Krish was home. When caught by Krish, her reaction wasn't as extreme; I thought she was simply carried away after seeing Desai after a long time but Krish had let it slide. Then at Ritu's wedding night, she had a passionate encounter with Desai, spoke ill of Krish, but returned to their bed and went back to normal without any confrontation from Krish, which might have made her feel more confident to proceed with Desai's schemes. The way she covered her tracks shows they had been planning this for a while, and Krish just happened upon their final act. She was excited all morning, unrestrained with Desai, enjoying herself thoroughly. So, why the change in her behavior? Because this is the second-to-last chapter, and I want to see the good in everyone.

However, I firmly believe that Krish's active role in pushing Meera and Desai together is foolish. He's acting exactly how Meera accused him of being - suffocating, overly vigilant, and forcing her into situations she might not want. If Krish truly thinks Meera and Desai are meant for each other, then he shouldn't interfere; they would come together naturally. If he's decided to leave the marriage, he has no right to play matchmaker, especially with someone like Desai and Meera. That's not his concern anymore. He's being too controlling over Meera and Desai, potentially pushing them into a decision they might not agree with - like if their connection is only physical and doesn't extend beyond the bedroom. Krish isn't doing anyone any favors here.
Bineesh!
