Actually, till they were making 'mistakes' together, Krish was going along with it. Then Meera decided she needed to have fun with Desai without involving Krish, and without him secretly watching or recording, and only after that Krish decided to move on, and not because of making mistakes together.

I think you misinterpret that , Meera chose not to involve Krish not because she wants her own time with Desai but she is starting to feel like Krish is watching which is bothering her. She even states is clear she is not happy with what she did , she is going through the same thing Krish does. He loves the cuckold kink but once it is done , regret starts to engulf him. Same way , she likes the thrill of Desai but once that deed is done she feels guilt and regret that she betrayed Krish. Yes she craves Desai but she does not consider Desai more than Krish. 

Which is what latest update showed. When Meera noticed the change in Krish  ,she wants to have a child with him. But Krish is convinced that Meera deserves Desai. Now its Meera's turn to show her regret and her overcoming of Desai and show Krish that she will forever be in love with him.
