Who said its the end. Once a slut is always a slut. She can still continue to open the legs to many while the wimp husband take care of bastard child.

First of all I don't think once a slut always a slut theory works when it comes to story writing where the heroine has been impregnated because if a heroine gets impregnated that takes away atleast one year's period out of her life whereas this one year can be used constructively to build the story ahead with some meaningful scenes and characters.
Moreover Ashima's baby is small so it doesn't make sense to get her impregnated and Jaya is enjoying her life with her multiple lovers. Why spoil her fun?
Plus there's still a lot of things left in the story, like Jaya and Ashima's assholes have not been fucked yet. There can be a threesome between Jaya, Raghu and Ashima like Raghu is fucking Ashima and Jaya sees them but instead of going home and crying about it, she confronts them and they have a threesome. As per Kuttoosan there is a foursome also between Jaya Ashima, Main hero and one of the previously mentioned male characters. 

So I think there is still a lot of things left that the story has to offer instead of putting the halt on all the fun by getting the characters impregnated.
