I dont think Qadir wil hold anymore Power over Rashi, now that She has a more Powerful Daddy to take care of her sexual needs.
I think Qadir, inspite of all his wisdom, misplayed Rashin Dubai. I am guessing he brought Rashi to Faisal in order to solidify his Bond with a Poweful person like the Sheikh. Rashi is purely a pawn for him in the larger game. And he feels he could always hold his sway over Rashi even after her getting thoroughly fucked by Faisal.
