Your points all the more suggest that the couple should separate -

1. She is cheating behind Krish's back even though he permitted her to enjoy sex in his presence, the one rule he set early on.

Yes that's natural progression at this point for her..though that doesn't mean separation is necessary.

2. Enjoying with Desai without Krish's presence, meaning she wants to not show her true self/true emotions keeping Krish in the dark.

She has been like that from the beginning, Think about it, she didn't care to have sex with Shekar or Das in front of Krish before so why is it different for Desai? Not want to show true emotions is one reason but also main reason is not want him to see and get destroyed like how is destroyed now. Did you notice how Krish feels crushed to see Desai's masculinity and how it is giving pleasure to Meera? Meera knows this will happen if Krish watches it, hence she is protecting him and her marriage but I guess with Krish being so smart he finds ways to watch them and its inevitable that he feels like he is inadequate for her.

3. Not respecting and ridiculing Krish when in company with Desai. Desai is humiliating and ridiculing Krish by constantly comparing them with himself, she could just ignore to answer rather than answer it.

She did that all the story but when they share a bond they tend to know when some one lies so even if she says no I cummed with krish, Desai can see through it. Its up to you man i never felt she humiliated Krish on his performance..she is truthful on some questions Desai asked.

4 . Also she is sharing more with Desai than with Krish, she just has residual feelings towards Krish.

Yes they lost their chemistry long time back, why do you think she is in that house with Desai? Answer could be separation or get back and find a way to be together. lets not decide what it should be..Author can pen the story both ways.

I know every character in this story has sex outside marriage and that is accepted, but emotional attachment and cheating are highly disrespectful. If she is unsure between 2 men she should just separate and take time to make up her mind rather than going behind Krish's back.

Yes she is emotionally attached to Desai as well to some extent but love is different and more powerful and couple still love each other. I still have hope for the couple but after this episode am concerned for Krish more than Meera.

Krish knows he cannot trust Meera now, her past confessions about not having sex with Desai when they went to the farm with Desai and also in the Hotel room when Krish called are also under scrutiny now

You can believe what ever you want to believe..every reader has their own interpretation of story..no one can be 100% right about it. some come close to what Author has in his mind. I believe this is first time she cheated Krish according to me and that includes all the past as well, because for me sex in this story is not cheating.
