Could it be that I read this note by author Salir in the former ‘xossip’ portal (first publication of this story)?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, but at the beginning of the story of Meena and Nadir, "An Old Debt Has To Be Paid", we read:

"...All characters are real but have had their names changed ..."

If you mean "reversed", then "changed" would be the right word here...
