I think your opinion is wrong. Meera has possessiveness towards susheel. She thinks that he will be loyal to her. After knowing the truth that he fucked nidhi, she got pissed off and ended his relationship. Now that with a new promise that he did not touch any woman in these timeline, she accepted him again. Meera will not get hurted if she knew krish cheated her because, he knows that no woman can be happy with krish dick as she herself gets satisfied only with his tongue. 

How do you know she got pissed off with Desai for cheating and ended relationship?  She could have got pissed off for making Krish and her fight with false call with Piyush and causing them to fight. There is no denying that she is missing sex with Desai and its obvious by now but anything more than that is definitely not a given but only speculation unless we see this upcoming chapter if she truly betrays Krish or not. Even if she does betray it only proves she is craving sex with him more than her marriage so maybe she wants best of both worlds
