As always there is a possibility of only three endings unless we include death here.

1. Meera realizes her feelings for Desai are temporary and only using Desai to fix her marriage and eventually reveals to Desai to let her go and never look back. Couple start fresh and plan for a kid.
2. Desai and Meera confirm their love for each other in this or next episode and Krish sacrifices his love for Meera's happiness and goes into oblivion.
3. Krish sacrifices for Meera's happiness, Meera out of guilt leaves Desai. Desai pursues Meera for a while and gives up. All three goes separate paths.

All I hope and wish is for Author to come up with most logical one with all scenarios considered rather than trying to bring unexpected outcome and give shock factor. As ending is not for just this part but ending is for entire series, it should make sense for all 3 parts put together so very important that ending should consider all scenarios, experiences and promises put together rather than just recent changes in perspective.
