Ankit had already kissed Esha before priya pushed her to him and Esha was attracted towards him from moment she saw him first by his charm, grace, looks, manliness, respect towards her, the way he appreciated her like no other client. she was double minded and guilty of cheating the family getting attraccted towards another man.  There is undeniable connection that has developed in few days of her professional connnection, Priya noticed the eyes of Esha towards Ankit and how he looked her and seeing the way her friend suffering with inner desires and guilt, she spoke about liberation and feminism and convinced/confused her and pushed her to Ankit and asked him to take care of her nicely knowing that it will end all the mindblocks. Esha never slept for money/gift/cock, there is more than that she was attracted. 
Internally, Ankit kind of man she was dreaming in her life, but ended up getting kunal.

Still she was manipulated. Yes she felt the attraction but she fought to maintain her marriage ,  because Esha in the beginning saw her world complete with Aditya and Kunal by her side. She had a complete life until Priya started her mindgames and coerced her to making her fall into her own cravings and that resulted in her loosing her grip on marriage. Despite their first time , Esha wanted to forget it and hold onto her marriage but Priya manipulated her further because she wanted to toy with this family for her own twisted sadistic games. None of Esha's actions can be justified right because Esha wasn't the only person sexually reprieved in their marriage. Kunal was too , just like how Esha seeked sexual liberation. Kunal deserves that too , but now he is being turned into a yes man and a simp for Esha so that the author can set Kunal up to be the perfect cuckold for Esha.

And if Aniket is the kind of man that Esha wants then she should wholeheartedly divorce Kunal and leave Kunal and Aditya and live her life. Kunal didn't force her to stay in the marriage its Esha constantly blaming Kunal as if he is the reason she fell in love with Aniket. Esha is nothing more than a BITCH at this point but she cannot be fully blamed. The real villain in this story is PRIYA , she is the Facilitator. She is playing this family like a puppet and poor and innocent Aditya is going to suffer for it.


At this point , my care for the story is none. Not a big fan of the Wimp Cuckold Husband trope. I hope Priya dies a painful death. She is not a woman , she is just a witch in woman's clothing!
