How can this be a loss for Esha when she has a man that can give more than what kunal can give. Since priya is from poor family, she need not be so cheap to break a family and steal a man and marry him seond hand. 

Beause Esha is being fooled into this. Priya's toxic trait has ruined Esha's mindset which is why she has now developed feelings for Aniket. If Esha accepts Aniket and abandons Kunal and Aditya then she becomes the true loser but I don't think the mother in her will let her abandon Aditya. She won't do the same with Kunal because Kunal has equally been a part of their family and is an important part in Aditya's life. They raised Aditya on an equal footing.

More than many ways Kunal was the rightful partner for Esha because he was a supportive presence in her life. Aniket isn't a support, he is just an addiction. A doorway to so called "sexual freeedom" and "Liberation". When Esha starts to succumb to it , she will realize that Aniket and his materialistic gifts will be the only thing part of her life. She can say goodbye to Kunal and Aditya and start new with a rich man. And there is term we call women like that , women that has everything and at the same time nothing. A GOLD DIGGER!
