Priya has helped her friend to get a good relationship that can makee her feel alive with Ankit.
At end of day, It is all the decision of Esha to how long she had to take.
When Esha felt possessive and called it as love and emotionally attached to Ankit, everything got changed.

Sorry man , But if she truly wants to help her, She should have told her to take divorce from her husband and then date the man or do whatever she wants . I know it was Esha decision but again she played her . Esha was vulnerable and as her friend she could have helped her better , but her own upbringing was shit. She grown up in toxic environment and she saw her mother suffered in her marriage so she thought Esha also suffering in her marriage where , Esha was feeling what any couple feels after years of marriage , It does not mean to cheat on husband . She manipulated him , and created scenario where she forced both Esha and ankit to be alone together , Then she played with husband and made him fool too . Priya is great manipulator , Great character, but still shitty person .  
As of now there is no proof that , Esha and Ankit has better relationship than Esha and Kunal , Its the honeymoon period where both of them feeling excitement, also because of taboo nature of their relationship . Thats my take . But You could be right too. Peace out.
